Import

During the set up of Service Desk and the corresponding integration with Remote Management & Monitoring, an automatic import of Customers, Assets and End Users takes place. However, if you find that you need to perform a manual import of data, you can do this from the Settings - Import pages:

• Manually Importing Assets
• Manually Importing Customer End-users
